An interdisciplinary approach
The Return to Work program aims to accompany the client towards a progressive regain of their abilities in order to create a harmonious return to their occupation. We use an interdisciplinary approach (occupational therapists, physiotherapists, kinesiologists) which incorporates task simulation and educational workshops.
How it works
The Return to Work program occurs for up to 5 days per week and may extend until a full day to reestablish a normal rhythm of life as represented by a return to professional activities. This return may be accomplished in spite of certain restrictions or residual pain. The goal is really to reintegrate into a normal life schedule in spite of the presence of symptoms in certain cases.
